Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen, and dining equipment to meet food safety standards
• Ensure food preparation and handling comply with hygiene and quality standards
• Assist in stock takes, organize storage, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to SOPs
• Collaborate with kitchen and service crew to support daily operations
• Follow rosters including weekends and public holidays
