Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior business analyst with a strong technical background, capable of translating complex business requirements into precise, development-ready technical tasks.
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and clearly document requirements.
• Decompose high-level business needs into actionable features, detailed functional requirements, and comprehensive implementation plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product management and engineering teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, promoting best practices in documentation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure technical documentation and specifications meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within fintech, trading, CFD, or related technical domains.
• Strong technical background with practical coding experience or deep familiarity with software development processes.
• Exceptional ability to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effectively bridging business and technical teams.
• Experience mentoring junior staff, fostering best practices, and maintaining high documentation standards.
• Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and business analysis methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in system architecture, integration, and technical solution design.
