Qualifications

Final year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) with a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
Right to work in Hong Kong (eligible visa holders welcome, TTPS and IANG)
Strong academic performance
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with project exposure
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work as a team
Passion for aviation and a career in cargo / logistics management

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of Cathay Cargo, its purpose, structure, strategy, values and drivers.
Acquire profound understanding and accomplish all learning objectives for each rotation.
Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders/teams on projects with collaboration and teamwork.
Provide support on cargo operation issues and review existing procedures and initiate changes.
Contribute innovations and new ideas to leverage latest technology as an enabler for competitive advantage.
