Qualificações

• Final year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) with a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Right to work in Hong Kong (eligible visa holders welcome, TTPS and IANG)
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with project exposure
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work as a team
• Passion for aviation and a career in cargo / logistics management

Responsabilidades

The Cargo Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop passionate graduates in becoming a subject matter expert through management shadowing, project involvement, team attachments, and rotations. Along with hands‑on experience and exposure, we offer individual coaching, networking opportunities with industry experts, and skills training to our trainees.

Qualifications / Experience
