Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in credit cards.
• Strong aptitude for innovation and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience with partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive outcomes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support targets for card spending, engagement, and awareness through features and promotions.
• Organize joint promotions with merchant partners and spending programs.
• Develop and maintain merchant partnerships to grow spend cost-effectively.
• Invent and launch new usage propositions with external retail partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to design integrated campaigns for visibility.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution and CX.
• Manage program budget, payments, and reconciliation.
• Monitor performance, report results, and iterate improvements.
