Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Captain for Terrace Boulud to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The Captain will lead service with warmth and attentiveness, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

Key responsibilities include preparing mise-en-place, delivering a memorable dining experience, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness while providing menu recommendations with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese.
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality industry.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division, the Captain is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Captain reports to the Restaurant Manager.
