Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth service.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager to develop menus, promote promotions, maintain hygiene, and meet annual targets; must have 3+ years in western hotel/restaurant environments, Hygiene Supervisor certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hotel western restaurants.
• Hygiene Supervisor certification is required.
• Ability to work shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
