Job summary

Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple squads in Hong Kong. You will facilitate ceremonies, protect team focus, and help remove impediments to ensure predictable delivery.

You will coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, coordinate backlog refinement and cross-squad planning, and promote transparent metrics and continuous improvement. Cantonese language is mandatory.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of technology delivery experience.
At least 5 years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery practitioner.
Cantonese speaking is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, reviews and retrospectives.
Help Product Owners and teams maintain clear priorities, goals, readiness and acceptance criteria.
Track impediments, actions, dependencies, capacity and delivery flow and drive resolution.
Coordinate cross-squad planning and escalation through Scrum-of-Scrums where applicable.
Promote transparent metrics, realistic commitments and continuous improvement.
Coach teams and stakeholders on collaborative, disciplined Agile ways of working.
