The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across IT projects. You will establish and embed Scrum, coach teams, and remove impediments to ensure value delivery and timely outcomes.
Responsibilities include maintaining a healthy backlog, facilitating ceremonies, and collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals. Candidates should have a strong certification and offshore experience is a plus.
