Responsabilités

• Complete corporate accounting work per Hong Kong standards, including bookkeeping and financial statement prep.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations and payments; implement HQ tax schemes.
• Open/close bank accounts as required by business needs.
• Organize and preserve archival materials (contracts, invoices, documents).
• Assist auditors with annual audits and reports.
• Conduct warehouse asset supervision and inventory checks for financial oversight.
• Manage corporate bank accounts and monitor returns; assist FX settlements.
• Complete other local-market tasks from the China Headquarters Finance Dept.

This is a Finance Management position at Shengde International Financial Leasing Co., Limited, a Hong Kong-based cross-border financial leasing platform established in 2018 to support Yutong Group's global overseas expansion strategy. The role involves completing corporate accounting work in accordance with Hong Kong accounting standards and supporting the company's expanding cross-border financial leasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete corporate accounting work in accordance with Hong Kong accounting standards, including bookkeeping, invoice issuance and financial statement preparation
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations and tax payments; implement tax planning schemes issued by the headquarters in light of local tax policies
• Process the opening, information update and closure of bank accounts based on business and market requirements
• Organize and preserve archival materials, including contracts, invoices, customs-clearance documents and business correspondence
• Assist auditors with annual audit work and support the issuance of annual audit reports
• Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse asset supervision and inventory checks to safeguard asset security from an independent financial oversight perspective
• Open and maintain corporate bank accounts, purchase bank wealth-management products, monitor reasonable returns, and assist with forward exchange settlement and sales businesses
• Complete other local-market-related tasks assigned by the Finance Department of China Headquarters

About you

• Hold valid Hong Kong legal residency status and satisfy local Hong Kong employment compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Fluent in English; Chinese-language proficiency is preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant financial working experience, familiar with Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations, with hands-on operating experience of local financial-accounting systems
• Must comply with all management systems and regulations of the mainland headquarters
• Convenient Wan Chai office close to MTR station
• Hong Kong statutory public holidays and 12-day paid annual leave
