Job summary

Shengde International Financial Leasing Co., Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a finance professional to manage full accounting tasks in line with Hong Kong standards. The role covers bookkeeping, tax declarations, bank account management, and document archiving.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and a degree in Accounting or Finance, with fluency in English and preferred Chinese proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Fluent English; Chinese-language proficiency preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant financial work experience and familiarity with Hong Kong accounting and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete corporate accounting work in accordance with Hong Kong accounting standards, including bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations and tax payments; implement tax planning schemes from HQ.
• Open, update and close bank accounts per business and market needs.
• Organize and preserve archival materials: contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
• Assist auditors with annual audits and issuance of audit reports.
• Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse asset supervision and inventory checks for asset security.
• Coordinate with China HQ Finance Department on local-market tasks and ensure compliance with mainland HQ regulations.

• Accounting: Complete corporate accounting work in accordance with Hong Kong accounting standards, including bookkeeping, invoice issuance and financial statement preparation.
• Tax Filing: Handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations and tax payments; implement tax planning schemes issued by the headquarters in light of local tax policies.
• Bank Account Management: Process the opening, information update and closure of bank accounts based on business and market requirements.
• Document Archiving: Organize and preserve archival materials, including contracts, invoices, customs‑clearance documents and business correspondence.
• Annual Audit: Assist auditors with annual audit work and support the issuance of annual audit reports.
• Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse asset supervision and inventory checks to safeguard asset security from an independent financial oversight perspective.
• Bank Account Management: Open and maintain corporate bank accounts, purchase bank wealth‑management products, monitor reasonable returns, and assist with forward exchange settlement and sales businesses.
• Headquarters Coordination: Complete other local‑market‑related tasks assigned by the Finance Department of China Headquarters.
• Hold valid Hong Kong legal residency status and satisfy local Hong Kong employment compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. Fluent in English; Chinese‑language proficiency is preferred.
• 1‑3 years of relevant financial working experience, familiar with Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations, with hands‑on operating experience of local financial‑accounting systems.
• Must comply with all management systems and regulations of the mainland headquarters.
