Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Tseung Kwan O is seeking a Commercial Analyst with about 4 years' experience in FP&A to help drive revenue through data-driven insights. The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modelling, and the ability to influence across business units.

You will analyze performance across print, digital, and media units, support annual budgeting, and deliver concise executive dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance including revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability across print, digital, and media operation units
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor industry dynamics to evaluate our market positioning and pricing competitiveness
• Partner closely with commercial leaders, editorial heads, and sales managers to translate data into actionable revenue-driving strategies
• Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and post-implementation ROI reviews for new corporate initiatives
• Monitor budget performance and analyze budget variances
• Prepare management reports, concise executive dashboards, performance variance summaries, and analytical presentations for senior management and provide financial insights to support commercial decisions

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
• Around 4 years' experience in commercial analysis, FP&A, business performance review, or corporate strategy
• Experience in a listed company and multi-national environment is highly preferred
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of P&L mechanics and financial modelling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across various business units
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
