Role Summary

You will join the structured products team, working across crypto and US equities to design, price, and commercialize structured products. Sitting at the intersection of trading, sales, and product, you will turn market views and client needs into tradable payoffs (yield enhancement, principal protection, leverage, and volatility products) and drive distribution to institutional and high-net-worth clients. This is a dual-track role: you own both the quantitative structuring and the client-facing business development.

Job Responsibilities

Product Structuring

• Design and price structured products referencing crypto assets and US equities / indices
• Build and maintain pricing models; run scenario and Greeks analysis
• Draft term sheets and payoff descriptions
• Coordinate hedging with the trading desk to ensure products are executable and hedgeable

Business Development & Client Coverage

• Originate and grow relationships with institutional clients, asset managers, family offices, and HNW investors
• Understand client risk appetite and structure bespoke solutions
• Own the full sales cycle — pitch, negotiate, close, and manage post-trade relationships and reissuance
• Provide market color and product ideas; collect feedback to shape the product roadmap

Pricing, Risk & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Run valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario tests using internal models
• Monitor exposure and market events over the life of each product
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth, compliant trade flow

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or above in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years in structured products, exotic derivatives, or equity / crypto derivatives structuring, sales, or trading (bank, broker-dealer, or crypto platform)
• Strong grasp of options pricing and payoff mechanics (Black-Scholes, volatility surface, autocall / barrier features)
• Proficient in Python / Excel for pricing and analysis
• Understanding of the crypto derivatives market (perps, options, funding, on-chain yield) or US equity derivatives
• An existing network of institutional / HNW clients is a strong plus
• Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese
