Job summary

BIT is seeking a structured products professional to design, price, and commercialize crypto and US equity‑linked payoffs for institutional clients in Hong Kong.

In this dual‑track role you will own quantitative structuring and client‑facing business development, building pricing models, drafting term sheets, and leading the full sales cycle with hedge coordination and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, mathematics, physics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in structured products, exotic derivatives, or crypto/equity derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and price structured products referencing crypto assets and US equities/indices.
• Build and maintain pricing models and run scenario analyses.
• Coordinate hedging with trading desk to ensure executability and hedging.
