• Drive Growth: Play a hands‑on role in acquiring and onboarding small and medium business (SMB) merchant partners for ShopBack Pay, our new initiative in Hong Kong that helps users earn cashback in the offline/online world.
• Learn by Doing: Gain real‑world sales experience — from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing partnerships.
• Stay Ahead: Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities to help shape ShopBack Pay’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate to Win: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Account Management, and Marketing) to execute ShopBack Pay initiatives.
• Make It Better: Provide insights and feedback to streamline our sales processes and optimize merchant experiences.
• Be our Merchants' Hero: Support our merchant partners, understand their needs, and help them succeed with ShopBack Pay.
