Job summary

A regional recruitment company is seeking a professional for business development roles in Hong Kong. What requirements you'll need to be eligible

3+ years in business development (APAC focus), preferably in medical field

Bachelor's degree or above in International Business, Business Management, or related field

Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).

Fluent in English, Fluent / Business level in other Asian Languages will be an advantage (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Bahasa, etc)

Strong skills in presentation and negotiation

Experience with regulatory processes in APAC markets.

Willing to travel (once or twice per quarter)

What you'll be doing on the job

Distributor Management: Set sales targets, negotiate contracts, and maintain records. Motivate distributors through regular check-ins and regional travel.

Analysis & Reporting: Track YoY growth (Salesforce/SAP), analyze trends, and present insights to leadership.

Market Expansion: Research new APAC markets, identify partners, and network at industry events.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor APAC requirements and support new market entries.

Training & Support: Train distributors and healthcare users on product application and troubleshooting.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry standards and Tristel product knowledge.
