Job summary

Newsprint Production Group Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a degree-holding professional with 1-2 years of experience to lead European Retail Key Accounts. You will run daily account operations, issue purchase orders, negotiate terms, and coordinate across teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Product Development and CRM teams, manage stock, and prepare quarterly KPI reports while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with 1-2 years working experience.
• Experience in garment accessories and textile industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel; good command of English and French.

Responsibilities

• Person in Charge of our Key Accounts (European Retailers).
• Run daily operations of the account, manage P&L, issue PO, negotiate, coordinate.
• Manage stock of semi-finished products and ready-to-final products with 36H delivery.
• Coordinate with Product Development on development, sampling and quotations.
• Work closely with CRM Team to identify and resolve customer needs.
• Liaise with IT, Finance and Production regularly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; prepare quarterly KPI reports.
• Work location in a nice and modern office, near Chai Wan MTR station.

Degree holder or above with 1-2 years working experience;

Experience in garment accessories and textile industry will be a definite advantage but not necessary;

Excellent communication skills with detailed mind-set;

Detail-oriented andself-motivated;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure;

Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST;

Perfect command of spoken and written English and French is a MUST;

RESPONSIBILITES

Manage Stock of semi-finished products, ready to be final produced & delivered in 36H

Coordinate with Product Development Team on product development, sampling and quotation;

Work closely with CRM Team to identify, resolve and anticipate customer needs;

Liaise with other departments (IT, Finance, Production) regularly.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers;

Prepare quarterly Management Reports on accounts performances (KPI);
