Job summary

ioTech Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its Solution Delivery team in Hong Kong. You will bridge business strategy and technology, turning objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications while ensuring value delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors, monitor scope and governance, and validate solutions with testing teams to meet business criteria on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Solution Delivery within financial services.
• Experience with Asset Servicing environments is preferred.
• Experience with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and document functional and non-functional needs.
• Translate objectives into user stories, process flows, and technical specs.
• Act as liaison between business, delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with testing teams to validate solutions meet business criteria.
