Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Business Analyst to lead Java microservices projects with strong business impact. You will gather requirements, translate into specs, and collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure alignment.

You will prepare and maintain FSD and TSD documentation, support solution design with Java/Spring Boot/microservices, perform data analysis with Oracle SQL, and manage scope, timelines and risks to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-8 years of IT BA experience.
• Strong SQL (Oracle) experience.
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain FSD and TSD documentation.
• Support solution design, leveraging knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
