Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience working on ERP/CIS transformation programs and preferably possess knowledge of utilities, customer information systems, billing, meter-to-cash, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
• Create and document user stories.
• Map business processes and prepare detailed process flows.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate business workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
