Job summary

Lenovo in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Business Analyst/QA professional to gather, translate, and document product requirements for agile teams.

You will craft user stories, coordinate with Project Managers, BA Leads, Tech Leads, designers and developers, and drive QA to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in CS/IS, at least 3 years in digital transformation or business analysis, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation.
• Proven experience in crafting user stories, test cases, and conducting QA activities.
• Familiarity with E-form systems, MS Power Platform, SharePoint, JIRA, and basic SQL/coding knowledge.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
