• Proficiency: HKDSE Level 2+ in Chinese and English (or HKCEE Syllabus B Grade E+).
• Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification site supervision experience in building services, with five (5) years as Building Services Inspector.
• At least one design-and-build project for Architectural Services Dept with contract sum > HK$400 million as Building Services Inspector or above.

Building Services Inspector (Ref: 20226T1)

Requirements:

• (a) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from HKIC / CIC / HKPolyU / IVE / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; and
• (b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE or equivalent.
• (c) Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification experience in site supervision of building services installations including five (5) years in the capacity of Building Services Inspector; and
• (d) Minimum one (1) design and build job experience for the Architectural Services Department with a contract sum exceeding HK$400 million in the capacity of Building Services Inspector or above.

This role will be deployed as seconded staff under the Urban Renewal Authority (URA).
