Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of building services and electrical & mechanical services works.
• Prepare relevant documents for site inspections.
• Monitor site work progress of BS/E&M services installations.

Assistant/ Building Services Inspector (E&M)

The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent;
• At least three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation;
• Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:
  • Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;
  • Basic Accident Prevention Course;
  • Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
  • Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
