Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for an Assistant/Building Services Inspector to oversee site inspections of building services installations in Hong Kong. The successful candidate should have a diploma in relevant engineering fields and a minimum of three years' experience in site supervision. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential, with additional safety training considered an advantage. Qualifications
At least three years of relevant post-qualification experience in site supervision of building services installation.
Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE.
Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections of building services and electrical & mechanical services works.
Prepare relevant documents for site inspections.
Monitor site work progress of BS/E&M services installations.
