Job summary

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited is seeking a Building Services Engineer to assist in preventive and corrective maintenance across building services; you will attend emergency call-outs, supervise contractors, monitor site progress, and prepare specifications and reports.

The role requires a degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, 3+ years' facilities management experience, and bilingual English/Chinese; REW B0/H0 is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• REW B0 or H0 is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple disciplines.
• Attend emergency call-out service around the clock and supervise contractors.
• Investigate faults, prepare specifications and reports, and monitor site progress.
• Formulate maintenance plans and liaise with end users; supervise in-house technicians.

Job description

The successful candidate will assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work in various disciplines of facilities management in our Facilities Management Department. S/he will be responsible for attending emergency call out service around the clock, fault investigation, tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site work progress monitoring, formulate maintenance plan, end user liaison and supervision of contractors/in-house technicians.

Requirements:

• · Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• · Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance / property / facilities management
• · Holder of REW B0 or H0 is desirable
• · Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skill
• · Ability to work independently and be customer services oriented
• · Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing.
• · Candidates with more experience and qualification will be considered as Building Services Engineer
