Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited is seeking a Building Services Engineer to assist in preventive and corrective maintenance across building services; you will attend emergency call-outs, supervise contractors, monitor site progress, and prepare specifications and reports.
The role requires a degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, 3+ years' facilities management experience, and bilingual English/Chinese; REW B0/H0 is desirable.
The successful candidate will assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work in various disciplines of facilities management in our Facilities Management Department. S/he will be responsible for attending emergency call out service around the clock, fault investigation, tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site work progress monitoring, formulate maintenance plan, end user liaison and supervision of contractors/in-house technicians.
