Job summary

Triangle Recruitment in Hong Kong seeks a Building Services Engineer to lead design, tender preparation and project administration for building development projects.

You will coordinate among MEP sub-contractors, liaise with clients and authorities, and oversee documentation from concept to construction. A Diploma or higher in Building Services Engineering with 4+ years' experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in CSD / CBWD coordination.
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration
• Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects
• Coordination among MEP Sub-contractors and Builder's Works Sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration
