Job summary

TalentQuest HR Limited is seeking a technical support and integration specialist to oversee client onboarding integrations and end-to-end testing across trading and settlement functions. You will investigate incidents, collect logs and traces, and work with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires strong problem-solving, SQL, Linux, and API skills, plus clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident response and RCA processes.
• Strong troubleshooting across multi-service architectures.
• Familiarity with brokerage or financial tech and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide technical support for integrations with new clients and external providers.
• Observe system alerts and investigate incidents across brokerage platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot account opening, trading, and settlement issues.
• Replicate problems in UAT and collect logs, traces, and DB results.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product to share incident details.
• Participate in postmortems and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Support change management, deployment checks, and release assessments.
• Deliver incident findings and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and multi-team collaboration during incidents.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule covering early to late hours.
