Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is recruiting a Relationship & Sales Manager to lead brokerage partner development and drive sales targets in the life insurance broker channel. You will manage partner relationships, assist in distribution planning, and enable brokers with training and market updates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, active IIQE Paper 1 & 3, at least 5 years' experience in life brokerage, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensing: Active pass in IIQE Paper 1 & 3 (or equivalent certifications).
• Track Record: 5 years of experience working for the life insurance broker channel or in life broker.
• Languages: Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities

• Relationship & Sales Management: Build and manage brokerage partners to consistently drive sales and achieve organizational targets.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in designing and implementing distribution strategies for our partnership channels.
• Partner Enablement: Design and deliver engaging training programs, market updates, and educational materials.
• Dedicated Support: Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, resolving inquiries and guiding them through underwriting standards, Financial Needs Analysis (FNA), and submission processes.
