Job summary

CASETiFY is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver an excellent in-store experience at Festival Walk and Tsuen Wan Plaza in Hong Kong. You will greet customers, understand needs, and demonstrate products while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions and policies.

You will process sales through the POS system, assist with inventory, and help achieve store targets. A positive, professional image and strong multilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail.
• Proficient in verbal communication English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in shift duty.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening.
• Team player who works well with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs and recommend products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales promotions, policies, and product information.
• Process customer transactions accurately using POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks like unpacking deliveries and stock checks.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Present a professional appearance aligned with the brand.
