CASETiFY is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver an excellent in-store experience at Festival Walk and Tsuen Wan Plaza in Hong Kong. You will greet customers, understand needs, and demonstrate products while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions and policies.

You will process sales through the POS system, assist with inventory, and help achieve store targets. A positive, professional image and strong multilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail.
• Proficient in verbal communication English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in shift duty.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening.
• Team player who works well with colleagues.

CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores - Festival Walk & Tsuen Wan Plaza.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.
• Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand’s image.

Requirements:

資歷:

• 高中畢業或同等學歷
• 具備至少3年零售行業經驗
• 精通英語、廣東話和普通話的口頭溝通能力
• 能夠適應輪班工作
• 熟悉銷售點（POS）系統和基本電腦技能
• 擁有提供良好顧客服務的態度，能夠聆聽客人需要並提供合適的解決方案
• 能夠在團隊環境中與同事良好地工作和合作
• 主動積極，對工作充滿熱情，具備有效與各級別溝通的能力
• 具備良好的人際交往和溝通技巧
• 能夠在快節奏的工作環境中同時處理並按時完成多項工作
