Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Management (MIS) to join the MIS team. You will provide MIS support to retail banking units and perform business analysis and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining performance reports for automation, supporting incentive design, and collaborating with stakeholders to extract insights and identify business opportunities. You will assist in MIS system development, UAT, and ad-hoc analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of banking MIS, analytics and sales support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Access, SQL and MS Excel VBA is necessary; dashboard reporting or Power BI a plus.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain various sales and services performance reports across regions, districts, branches and salespersons for MIS automation.
• Provide support for staff incentive design based on predefined parameters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract insights and identify business opportunities.
• Assist in developing new systems such as MIS database and end-user automation, and provide UAT support.
• Provide data analytics support to re-engineer processes and internal controls; handle ad-hoc assignments.
