Job summary

Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Financial Management (MIS) to lead the financial management information system, deliver MIS analysis, and support performance reviews across multiple business units.

The role requires a university degree in accounting/finance with 5+ years in banking, strong analytical skills, and bilingual Chinese/English communication. You will work with stakeholders on forecasting, budgeting, and system enhancements, including Oracle and MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information System, Risk Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in banking/financial sectors; 3 years with ALM and financial risk management exposure.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset; good team player and bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Oracle systems; familiarity with project management tools.

About the job Manager - Financial Management (MIS)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Manager in supporting Financial Management (MIS) to join her Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial management information system
• Deliver and perform the management information analysis on business performance for various business functional units in the Bank
• Monitor and prepare MIS reports for annual forecasting and budgeting exercises
• Undertake system enhancement project, evaluate the status and contribute to the bank wide system migration project
• Work closely with stakeholders, coordinate with the business units & consolidate relevant information to prepare comprehensive reports for management review

Requirements:

• University graduate, with major in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information System, Risk Management, preferably with recognized professional qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry from banking or financial sectors, 3 years with exposures in ALM and Financial risk management related areas from bank
• A good team player with strong communication skill and analytical mindset
• Good command of both spoken Chinese and English
• Well conversant with MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical skill in financial MIS with sound knowledge in Oracle System and relevant project management tools
