Chanel Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Deputy Head of Boutique to inspire and manage the boutique team, ensuring the execution of The Chanel Difference on the shop floor.

You will uphold the brand image, drive client-centric service, manage stock and cash handling, and collaborate with Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR, and other divisions to achieve business objectives.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in fashion/retail.
• At least 2 years in management of a team of 5+ members.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Secondary School certificate; university degree a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the boutique team to deliver Chanel Difference on the shop floor.
• Uphold the brand image, visual merchandising, and grooming standards.
• Ensure high standards of service and client engagement; manage stock and cash handling.
• Collaborate with Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR and other divisions.
