Gain City Group of Companies in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to design, configure, and deploy building management systems for HVAC, lighting, and access control.
You will program and customize BMS software, test and commission systems, provide technical support, and work with project teams to deliver reliable building automation solutions. Proficiency in C++, Python, and relevant BMS platforms is required.

Design, configure, and deploy BMS control systems for HVAC/ACMV, lighting, access control, and other building services
Customize and program BMS software based on client specifications
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades
Work closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and workflows
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of experience in BMS engineering, programming, and commissioning
Proficient in BMS platforms (eg. Schneider, EcoStruxure, Siemens Apogee/ DesigoCC, Niagara) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC)
Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems and BMS architecture (DDC controllers, sensors, actuators)
Familiar with SCADA, building automation, and system documentation
Skilled in troubleshooting, testing and technical support
Effective communicator with strong analytical and teamwork abilities
Programming knowledge in C++, Python, or PLC
Experience in energy analysis or software integration for building systems is an added advantage
