Job summary
Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) invites applications for a role supporting the engineering team in BMS and building automation execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across sites in Asia. You will troubleshoot control systems, coordinate with sub-contractors, and help ensure optimal HVAC automation performance.
Ideal candidates have a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering and at least two years of experience in BMS/ELV/HVAC control systems, with familiarity in BACnet,
Qualifications
- Education: Higher Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related automation discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in BMS, ELV, or HVAC control systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the engineering team in the execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS and building automation projects.
- Troubleshooting control systems, coordinating with sub-contractors, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Assist in engineering design, programming, graphic development, and configuration of BMS controllers and front-end software.
- Site testing and commissioning of control loops, sensors, and actuators to meet specs.
- Maintenance and fault diagnosis, handle emergency breakdown calls, troubleshoot BACnet/Modbus networks.
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams to meet schedules and safety standards.
