Job summary

Gate Gourmet is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our Billing Team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on checking sales orders, issuing invoices, and updating the billing system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The candidate should have at least a certificate, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and fluent Chinese and English communication. 5-day work week with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
• Good Chinese and English communication skills
• Detail-minded, accurate, well-organized with good time management
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Check customer sales orders and billings in line with billing cycle
• Issue invoices to customers and update billing system
• Check logs and order forms for billing accuracy and timeliness
• Process debit/credit notes as required
• Coordinate with related parties on billing issues
• Maintain orderly filing of billing documents
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required
