Gate Gourmet Hong Kong Ltd is looking for a Billing Clerk to join the Billing Team. The role focuses on completing sales order checks and issuing invoices to customers promptly, with attention to accuracy and timely updates in the billing system.

The successful candidate will have F.5 or above, experience in Billing preferred, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, including vlookup/xlookup and Pivot Table). Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.

Responsabilités

• Execute customer billing and sales order checking.
• Issue invoices and update billing system timely.
• Check logs and order forms for accuracy; issue debit/credit notes when required.
• Liaise with related parties regarding billing issues and file documents accurately.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
