New World Group in Hong Kong is seeking a customer service professional to greet tenants and visitors at a Grade A office building, delivering premium service and handling daily operations such as registration and at-counter services.

You will address enquiries, follow up on complaints and emergencies, collect feedback, and support supervisors with other duties. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, plus MS Office/Excel skills, are required, with a 5-day shift pattern.

Competenze

• Diploma or above with 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or property management.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in exhibition/event/customer service is preferable.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel.

Mansioni

• Greet and provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors at a Grade A office building.
• Carry out daily operations including process visitor registration and provide ranges of value-added services at counter.
• Handle enquiries and follow up complaints and emergency cases from tenants.
• Collect feedback from tenants and follow up if needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
