Job summary

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to provide product information, assist sales, and handle after-sales inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will respond to product questions in Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin, support stock and product data updates, and help maintain a well-organised customer service centre to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Provide product information and service details at customer service center and assist sales.
• Answer product queries, usage guidance, maintenance information and after-sales service matters.
• Handle after-sales transactions including delivery and exchange arrangements.
• Provide professional sales and after-sales support through different communication channels.
• Assist with general administrative tasks including stock and product data updates, and keep the service center tidy.
