Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong seeks a senior Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Manager to lead end-to-end planning, delivery, and governance of flagship exhibitions. You will manage timelines, budgets, licenses, and safety while collaborating with scenography designers and internal teams to translate concepts into feasible technical solutions.

You will oversee procurement, legal/loan agreements, and bilingual content production, maintaining meticulous records and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Management.
• Excellent organizational and detail-orientation with budget/time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate to enhance processes, tools and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition projects, proactively managing timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Propose, track, and report on exhibition budgets, executing all required procurement activities in strict accordance with company guidelines.
• Manage the administration of licenses, permits, and legal/loan agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, security standards, and policies.
• Oversee safe transport, insurance, copyright clearing, and condition checking of all exhibits per international conservation standards.
• Collaborate with scenography designers and internal teams from concept to dismantlement, translating designs into feasible technical solutions and supervising contractor work.
• Supervise site logistics, daily installation/dismantling schedules, and display maintenance, ensuring safety checks and handling best practices.
• Coordinate production of bilingual exhibition content (labels, guides, publications) and maintain project records and contracts.
