Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong seeks an Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Manager to drive end-to-end exhibition planning and execution. You will oversee budgets, licenses, logistics, and collaboration with internal teams from concept to dismantling, while ensuring bilingual content is produced and records are meticulously kept.

The role requires proven experience in exhibitions and a proactive mindset to improve processes and governance within Richemont Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of exhibition projects with timelines and risk management.
• Propose, track and report budgets; handle procurement activities per guidelines.
• Manage licenses, permits and loan agreements; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee transport, insurance, copyright clearance and condition checks of exhibits.
• Collaborate with scenography designers; translate concepts to technical solutions; supervise contractors.
• Supervise site logistics, installation/dismantling schedules and display maintenance.
• Coordinate bilingual exhibition content production and maintain project records.
