Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a client services specialist in the financial services sector. You will act as the primary contact for client service and operational requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and regular status updates.

You will provide day‑to‑day support on account maintenance, client documentation, settlement inquiries, audit confirmations, and transaction matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in client services, sales support, trade operations, or client onboarding within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of the trade life-cycle and operational processes across front, middle, and back office functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client service and operational requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and regular status updates.
• Provide day-to-day support on account maintenance, client documentation, settlement inquiries, audit confirmations, and transaction-related matters.
• Manage client communications proactively, identify service issues, and enhance the overall client experience through effective problem resolution.
• Conduct regular client reviews, including feedback collection, service performance monitoring, and KPI tracking.
• Support Relationship Managers and Business Managers with portfolio reviews, client reporting, and preparation of product review materials.
