Job summary

SASA BEAUTY PTE. LTD. seeks a Supervisory Beauty Advisor to lead a boutique team in Hong Kong. The candidate will train new advisors on the job and oversee daily operations, staffing, and merchandising to ensure excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, inventory accuracy, and smooth shop governance, with accountability for cash handling and front-desk duties. Bilingual communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience in managing a team is preferred.
• Proven sales track record.
• Independent, proactive and optimistic attitude.

• Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing.
• Housekeeping of store and admin (Paperwork).

Job Requirements
