Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in F&B to provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times, contributing to a memorable guest dining experience.

You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, build rapport with guests, and collaborate with a team to anticipate needs and delight customers. Fluent communication and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel/bar/restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and bar operations.
• Good communication and language skills.
