Job summary

The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery in 東涌 is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our F&B team and uphold brand standards in a 5-star hotel environment.

You will supervise service, coordinate with the Kitchen, manage cash and F&B operations, and train staff to maintain exceptional standards. A culinary diploma or related degree is preferred, with 5+ years in F&B and 2+ in management. Full-time, long-term role with a monthly salary in HKD 20,000–25,000.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in F&B management in hotel or independent restaurant
• 5 years experience in F&B (hotel & independent restaurant)
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Leadership and ability to meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field

Responsibilities

• Ensure respect of Brand standards and 5-star hotel service

• Communicate food orders with Kitchen to ensure meals are cooked as ordered
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions for F&B purchases
• Manage F&B operations within budget and to high standards
• Ensure beverages and condiments are stocked properly throughout shift
• Prepare and serve beverages (including alcohol)
• Guide and train the team to follow service standards
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns
• Maintain knowledge of menu, prices, ingredients, offers and promotions
• Provide assistance to teammates when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Ensure respect of the Brand standards, 5 stars hotel service , management rules and manager directions
• Take orders and serve customers using the point-of-sales system.
• Communicate food orders with Kitchen team to ensure meals are cooked as ordered .
• Responsible for handling all cash and credit card transactions for all food and beverage purchases.
• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Ensure beverage and condiments are stocked properly and consistently throughout shift.
• Prepare and serve all type of beverages (including alcohol)
• Guide & train the team to follow up Service standards
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Accurately answer customers’ questions and provide information on food and beverage details, hotel operations hours ( swimming pool , gym , f&b outlets )
• Maintain a memorized knowledge of the menu, prices and ingredients , offer , promotions, discount
• Provide assistance to others teammates if operations needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by upper management.
