Little Cove Espresso is expanding and is looking for a full-time Senior Barista to join our team across multiple locations in Hong Kong. You will craft specialty coffees including espresso, single-origin espressos, hand pour, cold brew, batch brew, and signature drinks.

Responsibilities include staff training and quality control, building relationships with roasters and suppliers locally and globally, and delivering friendly, warm, high-quality service.

Formación

• Experience as a Barista with specialty coffee skills.
• Ability to train others and ensure quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Make specialty coffee including espresso, single-origin, hand pour, cold brew, batch brew, and signature drinks.
• Lead staff training and quality control to maintain standards.
• Build relationships with roasters and suppliers in HK and globally.
• Provide friendly, warm, high-quality service to customers.
• Keep cafe neat and clean and engage with the community.
