• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and a variety of beverages in accordance with established standards
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Handle daily operation, including beverage preparation, cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Maintain high standards in food & beverages, merchandise and displays
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
• Support the team in creating a positive, and welcoming dining experience for guests
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
