Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Communications Guest Relations Officer. You will answer inquiries via phone, email and mobile chat app, ensure smooth operation of the telephone switchboard and hotel computer systems, and assist guests with Internet, telephone and facsimile services and hotel information.
