Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Application Support professional to deliver end-to-end production support. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, particularly in Banking or Finance, and proficient in SQL, Python, and various other technologies. Responsibilities include managing market data requests, supporting change management, and developing automated health checks. A fluent command of English and Chinese is required, along with 10-20 days of annual leave and a work week of 5 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Application Support / Production Support; Banking/Finance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end production support across front- and back-office systems.
• Support change management and project onboarding activities.
• Manage and troubleshoot market data configuration requests.
• Develop and maintain automated system health checks.
• Collaborate with the change management team and solution vendors.
• Assist in system implementations and release deployments.
