Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Application Support professional to deliver end-to-end production support. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, particularly in Banking or Finance, and proficient in SQL, Python, and various other technologies. Responsibilities include managing market data requests, supporting change management, and developing automated health checks. A fluent command of English and Chinese is required, along with 10-20 days of annual leave and a work week of 5 days.

• Deliver end-to-end production support across front- and back-office systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and business requests within SLA; lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management, release coordination, and project onboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with control processes.
• Manage and troubleshoot market data configuration requests and resolve related issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain automated system health checks, along with remediation workflows, to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
